Staff was outstanding. A stranger in a strange land can be very lost. The front desk people practically adopted us. They took care of all our needs and concerns from Taxis to Wifi to Tours. They make the hotel a grand experience.

I have stayed with you four times, and I have enjoyed every stay very much. I love the location, the metro stop is only 100m or so away, and the staff are always friendly. You have my future business whenever I am in Athens.

The receptionist allowed us to have breakfast at 5AM. It's an excellent service. However, the internet was on and off. It's a pleasure stay in Athens

Excellent in every respect apart from the breakfast fruit juice. It would be nice to have fresh orange juice instead of a concentrate that is too sweet (and we did not understand immediately that we had to add water!). But it is only a detail. Thank you very much. We enjoyed our stay!
